Against Human Traffiking
Sandy Biback, has been a member of the hospitality industry for over 40 years. Based on her knowledge and expertise, she began seeing signs of “human trafficking’ though she didn’t quite know, at the time, what she was seeing, until she began researching the subject and realized it is in our backyard. Yes, yours, mine right here in North America.
The statistics are staggering. At any one time, there are over 40 million people enslaved around the world (https://www.ilo.org/global/topics/forced-labour/lang–en/index.htm) .
We can and must make a difference. And it starts with the individual.
Yes, I discuss the global issue AND each person will leave with at the very least one thing they can do immediately to help combat human trafficking. My role is to INSPIRE each person to do one thing; to help each person feel less overwhelmed. Because when we feel less overwhelmed, we CAN and DO make a difference.
Each keynote is designed specific to the audience and their area of industry, be it hospitality or accounting or marketing.
Each keynote allows for questions, so everyone understands what can and needs to be done.
