How many thoughts are we truly aware of and the impact they have on our mental health and well-being?

So many are routine, unproductive and sometimes quite damaging. What if we started to become aware of our “go to” thoughts and changed them?  I have taken a deep, mindful dive into my negative thoughts and changed them to more positive and hopeful ones.
